Wreck Diving

The C-58 is a 250 foot U.S.N. minesweeper sunk in 80' of water off the coast of Cancun to form an artificial reef.  With 2 decks and a wheel house to tour this wreck offers all kinds of nooks and crannies that provide habitat for a wide variety of sea life.  Schools of fish and resident eagle rays, as well as pelagic species abound.
Due to the ocean currents that are sometimes present this is considered an advanced dive.
